Never sent. Not to us, not to anyone.
Not your texts, not the audio LoudFlow makes. Not when it translates, not when it transcribes. We never store them.
What does travel.

Voices, encrypted
Your computer encrypts your voices before they are uploaded (AES-256-GCM). We never hold the key.

Short questions.
Who can see my texts?
Only you. Not even us. LoudFlow never sends your texts to us or to anyone else. Your voices travel encrypted to your other computers while sync is on. Sync is on by default; switch it off in Settings › Account. We sell nothing about you.
What does LoudFlow send over the internet?
Your sign-in: your email address, an account identifier and sign-in times. Your computers: name, operating system, app version and a public key, so sync can reach them. Your voices, their short recordings and your settings, encrypted, while sync is on. Update checks, and a model file or voice engine the first time a feature needs it; those servers see your IP address, as any server does. If a friend joins with your link, their word count once, at 1,000 words. Welcome-tour answers and error reports only after a yes. This website counts page visits; nothing links a visit to you.
Is LoudFlow safe for private texts, like email or banking?
LoudFlow never sends your texts to us or to anyone else. It reads only what you select or copy, when you press its shortcut. Anyone can watch it with a network monitor while it reads.
Can I use LoudFlow on a second device?
Yes. Sign in there with the same account. Your voices come along, encrypted. Every device signed in to your account can open them, so keep your sign-in safe.
Do I need an account?
Yes, a free one. Sign in with Google, or with your email and a code. LoudFlow never asks for a password.
